Our USA Shipping And Handling Charges

• FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping within the USA on all orders over $75.

• Standard Shipping USPS Priority Mail

We charge $8.99 shipping and handling for all destinations in the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship most orders within 2-3 business days. Please allow the appropriate amount of time for your order to be delivered.

• FedEx 2 Day Shipping to the contiguous United States

We charge $19.99 shipping and handling for FedEx 2 Day Shipping to the contiguous United States. All orders received by 3:00 pm your local time, Monday through Friday, will usually be shipped within 2 business days and will arrive the second business afternoon. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for any special orders or any orders that include additional services, such as engraving, to be shipped. 

• FedEX Standard Overnight Shipping to the contiguous United States

We charge $27.99 shipping and handling for FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping to the contiguous United States. All orders received by 3:00 pm your local time, Monday through Friday, will usually be shipped within 2 business days and will arrive the following business afternoon. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for any special orders or any orders that include additional services, such as engraving, to be shipped.

• FedEx 2 Day Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We charge $29.99 shipping and handling for FedEx 2 Day Shipping to AK and HI. All orders received by 3:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday, will usually be shipped within 2 business days and will arrive the second business afternoon. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for any special orders or any orders that include additional services, such as engraving, to be shipped.

Our International Shipping Policies

• All prices listed on ChainzOnline.com are in US dollars. International orders are subject to higher shipping rates and handling fees as well as customs and import duties. All customs taxes, tariffs, duties and import fees owed to the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We urge that our international customers contact their local customs office to make sure they can receive our items and are aware of the fees associated with shipping. We currently ship to Canada.

We charge $31.99 shipping and handling for FedEx Priority Shipping to Canada (Excludes NL, NT, YT). All orders received by 4:00 pm your local time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 2 business days and are typically delivered in 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for any special orders or any orders that include additional services, such as engraving, to be shipped.

• FedEx Priority Shipping to Canada for NL, NT, YT

We charge $59.99 shipping and handling for FedEx Priority Shipping to Canada for NL, NT, YT. All orders received by 4:00 pm your local time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 2 business days and are typically delivered in 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for any special orders or any orders that include additional services, such as engraving, to be shipped.

  Out of stock items

  If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date. At your request, you will be issued a complete refund with no charges to you should you wish not to wait for delivery of an out of stock item.
